kerr’s name came to me like a flash saturday night. i watched a lot of his program growing up, and i now realize what an impact he has had on my style over the years.
he’s a sort of conservative austin powers; giddy with dreadful puns. the suits were moderate for the time, but he always played them off a daring shirt, vest, or cravat. it is important to try, when possible, to wink at life, especially at oneself.
